We help established businesses and brands show their value more clearly, build trust faster and give sales and marketing better content to work with.
THE 90-DAY CONTENT VISIBILITY SYSTEM
Strategy first. Production built around what matters next.
We identify what the business needs customers to understand and what matters most over the next 90 days.
We map the projects, people, products and capability worth capturing.
We film the right material across your facility, projects or locations.
The footage becomes video, photography and supporting assets for sales, website, social and marketing.
Show your people, process, expertise and customer experience more clearly.
Communicate complex capability, projects and technical expertise.
Showcase vehicles, builds, testing and real-world capability.
Turn major projects, installs and finished work into proof.
Explain what makes the product different and why it matters.
Show machinery, facilities, processes and capability in context.
Or something similar
1. Understand the objective
What does the business need customers to understand or do next?
2. Capture what matters
Projects, people, products, processes and technical capability.
3. Build the content library
Turn production into useful assets across sales, website, LinkedIn, case studies and campaigns.

I started Aquila Productions after spending years in the engineering field, where I saw firsthand how much effort goes into designing, building, and refining complex projects and how poorly that story is often told.
Today, I bring that same technical understanding into every production.
Whether it’s an engineering firm showcasing precision manufacturing, or an automotive company revealing its latest
build, my goal is simple:
To make technical capability easier to see, understand and trust.
Here's what we usually get asked
We start by understanding what your business is trying to achieve, what customers need to understand and what is worth capturing over the next 90 days.
From there, we build a clear content plan, organise production and create the video and photography your sales and marketing team can actually use.
The goal is not to make random content. It is to make the right content around real business priorities.
The first 90 days are built around your business, so every plan looks slightly different.
Typically, we will:
- define the main objective
- map the content priorities
- plan production
- capture the most important projects, people or capability
- deliver usable video and photography
- review what worked
- map the next 90 days
For some businesses, the first quarter may start with a larger brand foundation project and then move into ongoing content.
No.
The production schedule depends on what is actually happening inside the business.
Some clients benefit from monthly filming because they have regular projects, builds or activity worth capturing. Others may need fewer, more strategic production days.
We recommend the frequency based on the content opportunities and your objectives, not because we need to fill a monthly quota.
Yes.
If the bigger issue is that your overall story, positioning or capability is not being communicated clearly, we may recommend starting with a brand foundation project.
That can include a hero brand film, interviews, photography and supporting content.
From there, ongoing project and capability content can build on that foundation.
It depends on what the business needs, but this can include:
- Brand and Capability films
- Project Videos
- Case Studies
- Technical Explainers
- Product Content
- Customer Stories
- Photography
- LinkedIn and Social content
- Sales Assets
- Website Content
- Recruitment Content
- Launch and Campaign assets
We work backwards from the objective, then decide what content actually needs to exist.
Every engagement is scoped around the production frequency, locations, complexity and post-production requirements.
Ongoing content partnerships typically start from $4,500 + GST per month.
Brand foundation projects and larger campaign productions are quoted separately based on scope.
The best starting point is a strategy conversation so we can understand what you actually need before recommending an investment.
Yes.
We are based in Melbourne and regularly work across Victoria and interstate.
Travel requirements and costs are confirmed upfront as part of the proposal so there are no surprises.
Yes.
The ongoing content partnership is designed to handle regular content around projects, products, people and capability.
If a larger opportunity comes up, such as a major brand film, product launch or campaign, we can scope that separately and build it around the broader content strategy.
Aquila Productions was founded by a mechanical engineer, so we understand technical environments, products and the people behind them.
We work across engineering, manufacturing, industrial, automotive and commercial vehicle sectors.
That means we are not just looking for nice shots.
We look at what the product does, why it matters, what makes it different and how to communicate that clearly to the people making the buying decision.
Strategy first. Production built around what matters next.
